"When the builder finished our house, all we had was a cement floor and walls and a few dreams about how our dark, filthy basement could become part of our home.  At the time, it looked more like a dungeon!

We met with several builders and talked about our goals, and a few of them gave us quotes. While Jim's wasn't necessarily the cheapest, it impressed us as the most reasonable and by far the closest to the goals we had discussed. His crew treated us like we were the most important job they had-even though I know he had several other projects going on.  They worked with us to find the best sub-contractors and the best value on materials, especially at a time when costs were skyrocketing!  We tried to stick with the original plan as much as possible, but Jim and the guys flexed very well when we came up with a couple of mid-course adjustments.  They were so flexible!  Jim let us jump in and do what we could, and then took over when we were ready for the next step.  At the end, the project looked awesome!  Guests still comment on what a fun, usable and just cool-looking space we have!  It's the first place we go when we want to relax or entertain.
